11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Returns Policy

Missing items from shipments must be reported within 2 business days from date of receipt.

Returning Merchandise to Guns and Gear LLC

· Firearms orders that have not been transferred to the end customer and show visible, verifiable signs of damage due to shipping are eligible for return. Please obtain pictures when contacting us for review. When in doubt, we recommend obtaining the firearm before contacting us.

· Customer will be responsible for return shipping, unless the item was shipped by Guns and Gear in error, or the product is defective cosmetically or mechanically when it arrives at the dealer.

· Damages to firearms due to manufacturer defect shall be returned to Guns and Gear LLC for inspection and will contact the manufacturer for replacement of parts/repairs needed.

· Firearms purchased and picked up from our store have a lifetime warranty through our store, Firearms bought from our online site and then shipped to another FFL for transfer are not covered by this warranty and are subject to manufacturer’s warranties.

Return requests submitted for cosmetic reasons must be accompanied by pictures and will be approved for return at the discretion of Guns and Gear LLC.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected a refund will be issued.
Optics / Sights

Optics, Iron sights, and mounts must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return. If installation has been attempted or completed, returns will not be accepted by Guns and Gear LLC and any issues should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.

NFA Regulated Items

NFA regulated merchandise cancelled before shipment is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
NFA regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments

First refused shipment = 5% Restocking Fee.
Second refused shipment = 10% Restocking Fee.
Third refused shipment = 15% Restocking Fee and account changed to prepay terms.

Firearms shipments cannot be rerouted to different delivery addresses. Shipments must be delivered to the shipping address on the order or it will be returned to Guns and Gear LLC.

Carrier Claims For Delivered Shipments

Claims will not be submitted for packages where visual evidence of delivery is available, such as delivery pictures and/or signature confirmations, that prove successful shipment delivery to the destination address.

Guns and Gear LLC is not responsible for missing, stolen or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered.

If product damages occur due to shipping or packaging issues, please contact us with pictures to start the review process.
